WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?

Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation. Clients are neither unconscious or fast asleep. Many clients experience time distortion when in trance and are surprised that what seemed like 5 mins of relaxation was in fact 30-50 mins. When in this trance state I am able to work with the right side of your brain (the sub-conscious). This is the brain’s database, where we store every event in our lives, experiences and behaviours. Through positive suggestion, ideas and incorporating NLP techniques I am able to effectively support you in change.
